Intro
After what seemed like a lifetime, the J league returns this weekend with a full schedule!
I am hopeful that after the break we will see most teams play strong lineup though there are few external factors still to consider which I will get into
I have made the predicted lineups for games on the Sorare Sharp app which can be found here:
I have also copy pasted the image of the lineups incase you have difficulty accessing the app. I would recommend checking the app though as it will show other options that could play for each player.
Important to note the %s used here and where they are not above 75% it is because I feel there is some risk involved. My main aim with these is to show where risk/potential DNPs are lurking.
I base these %s on info I read from various sources including comments from the manager and reading a lot of local Japanese news coverage/message boards.
These are my own opinion of the situation at each team. I try to be as neutral as possible but we all have biases :) So always do your own research when making picks! I may well miss something but a lot of times its due to lack of information where we get "surprise" DNPs. I will also have more info for players I own as a I naturally check those more actively.
Player Suspensions & Injuries

J1 League GW280
Kashima vs Kyoto
Suzuki suspended. Everaldo could replace though could see formation change and Doi/Alano. Someno is lower down the hierarchy so would be surprised if he starts.
Ueda was in full training so expect him to start
Antlers have been struggling recently, could see some changes though the manager has been pretty consistent so far
Shonan vs FC Tokyo
Hata away on international duty
Tanaka is fit to play, could either play in defence or DCM
Matsuki away on international duty
Flip between Nagatomo or Nakamura for RB
Shimizu vs Fukuoka
Suzuki, Matsuoka and Oh Se Hun away on int duty
Hara has returned to training and likely starts
First game for new manager so may see change in setup
Nara back in training and ready to start. As always hard to predict the CBs as 3 solid choices
Lukian could push for a start too
Iwata vs Sagan Tosu
Urawa vs Nagoya
I havent seen Junker in training pics recent hence why he is less likely to start here
The manager is under a lot of pressure, there was an announcement yesterday that the team will "enjoy" football more now. Unsure what this means in reality but could see tactical/formation changes - tbc...
Langerak is out injured and Takeda v likely will play here
Kashiwa vs Kobe
Sasaki is on international duty. I have heard no update on Kim and seen no info about if he is in the country. There have been alot of rumours of him transferring though he could potentially still be under contract till the transfer window opens/the transfer falls through. I would suggest avoiding all keepers as the risk is too great here imo
Hosoya is on international duty too so wont play this game
Yamaguchi was seen in training so should start here
Maekawa has made some big mistakes recently and his position is again under threat imo. At the moment I still have him in nets as the newish manager has not changed him
Kawasaki vs Sapporo
Chanathip is back from injury and could start here
There has been alot of press coverage for Oshima too, who is wanting to showcase his abilities after a string of injuries. Im uncertain where he fits in for time being (naturall would be Chanthips role) but wouldnt be surprised if he starts too
Xavier is suspended
Tanaka is fit and should start
Keeper situation and in particular Sugeno is unclear. He was in training since late May with photos snapped of him diving around. However he was seemingly still not in full training this week. I am not confident with any of the choices so would suggest avoiding this spot if possible
Gamba Osaka vs YFM
Higashiguchi very likely starts this GW

Elber and M.Junior are back in full training
Kida is injured and Fujita on int duty. Eduardo is in light training and a doubt here
YFM play midweek in the Emperors cup where I feel they will rotate making this game ideal for the strongest lineup after the break. Thats how I think anyway, not sure its whats going through Mr Muscats head :D
Hiroshima vs C.Osaka
Both LBs are out injured. Funaki could come in or we could see a change in formation
I havent seen Nishio in training pics so thats why hes not in the lineup
