Intro
This GW we see a full J1 league schedule. All teams have had a weeks break so that should in theory mean the strongest teams play for most clubs this GW. Theory and practice can be very different of course :D
To help us on our DNP dodging pursuits, the J league gods have blessed us with a Friday night game (Urawa vs Hiroshima) and we will get the lineups before the deadline so keep your eyes peeled for that!
I have made the predicted lineups for games on the Sorare Sharp app which can be found here:
I have also copy pasted the image of the lineups incase you have difficulty accessing the app. I would recommend checking the app though as it will show other options that could play for each player.
Important to note the %s used here and where they are not above 75% it is because I feel there is some risk involved. My main aim with these is to show where risk/potential DNPs are lurking.
I base these %s on info I read from various sources including comments from the manager and reading a lot of local Japanese news coverage/message boards.
These are my own opinion of the situation at each team. I try to be as neutral as possible but we all have biases :) So always do your own research when making picks
Player Suspensions & Injuries
I have made a new page on the site that has all known player injuries. It can be found here
J1 League GW270
Urawa vs Hiroshima
We will get lineups before the deadline. They are usually published first on this site
Iwata vs Tokyo
Sugimoto in "poor condition" and a doubt here. Gonzalez has scored in the last two and I see/hope he starts here
Koselev remains in goal and with each game he plays my confidence increases he is cementing the number 1 spot. For Sorare, I still dislike the uncertainty though
I see Oliveira returning for this game and potentially Adailton
Tokyo have defensive issues with 2 big players still out.
Matsuki is back from U21 training and available to play
Nagoya vs C.Osaka
Kyoto vs Shimizu
Taketoni & Kawasaki seen in training and could well get minutes in this game
Valdo in full training and has a chance to start this one
Kashima vs Hokkaido
Following a 3-0 loss, there could well be changes here. Pituca especially I can see returning to the side and Doi has a chance too
Sekigawa and Tsunemoto both seen in training earlier this week and for that reason I see them starting here as no noticeable injury for either
Takamine went off injured last game and I havent seen him in training so I see him as a big doubt for this game.
Kobe vs Sagan
Kikuchi is suspended and I see either Makino or Kobayashi coming in though both could well start with Kobayashi as LB
Vissel struggling and I think/hope a fit Iniesta gets a start here
Have covid cases but not known who
Lots of rotation possible for Sagan, especially upfront where I can see it being 50/50 for Kakita and Honda to start
Kawasaki vs Fukuoka
I see Kawasaki playing their strongest available team for this one
The manager has said he will rotate the team this month as they are playing 6 games in 16 days. I think more likely to see players rested midweek though the manager may well have different ideas of course!
Nara could return for this one. The CBs have been rotation every game recent so hard to pick
Upfront its similar with Lukian and Delgado taking turns with starting. Again could go either way
Shonan vs YFM
Sekgawa is suspended for this game
Tani was back in nets and got a CS so will remain for this one
I havent seen Tanaka in training pics so he remain a doubt here
Iwata and Elber both picked up injuries in the last game and though they are not bad injuries as first feared, they remain doubts
As theres been a week break for YFM, I am hoping/wanting the defence to remain the same as last game but with Muscat its always trick to predict!
Kashiwa vs Gamba
Savio went off again last game, to me it looked like cramp though that is the reason for the 65% and not higher
No update on Douglas, I see Hosoya leading the line again and a similar team to last time around
As always I highly suggest this blog for in depth info for this game
Gamba do have covid cases and as usual for Japan, no names given
UPDATE - I have just read that there are 7 cases so for that reason I would avoid Gamba!
Finish
I hope you found this useful!
This is just a guide and my own personal opinion based on research of various sites. Remember to do your own research and pray to the opta gods :D
